Nick is currently the Associate Head Volleyball Coach at University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Nick has been coaching volleyball since 2010 starting at Bradford High School (Kenosha, WI) as the assistant and then head coach for the boy’s volleyball team. At the college level, he was the Graduate Assistant at University of Dubuque between 2015-2017 before starting at UW-Platteville in 2018.

Outside of high school and college volleyball Nick coached for Southport Volleyball Club (Kenosha, WI) between 2013-2014. He also co-founded Tri-State Performance (Dubuque, IA) in 2016 and served as a director and head coach. 

A graduate of Carthage College in Kenosha, Pinnola received his BA in Social Sciences and Education in 2013. He went on to complete his MBA at University of Dubuque in 2017.
